• List item number, description and quantity for each item.
• Note any special instructions (e.g. personalization, shipping details, etc.)
• Indicate your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.
• Include your payment or payment information with your order.

Shipping Info:

All orders are shipped via regular service UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping costs will be added to all orders. For expedited service please contact customer service. International shipments are available with preparation of all custom papers at no charge.

Delivery:

Quantities:

In some cases, large orders for a single item may qualify for a quantity discount. For large quantities call customer service to inquire stock availability.

Prices/Sales Tax:

All prices are U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Michigan City, Indiana. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. All other states and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Provide 16-digit card number, the name as it appears on the card and expiration date. Also personal checks make payable to St. Andrews Products. COD is also available. Certain accounts may be approved for NET 30.

Returns:

Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Products and colors may be different than how they appear on this website. Shortages and manufacturer’s defect claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
